Five Gentle Exercises to Do Before Getting Out of Bed

Our friends at Good Relaxation have a list of five wonderfully restorative exercises to do before getting out of bed. These slow, gentle movements allow your heart rate to increase gradually and help you to wake feeling more refreshed. From Good Relaxation:
